Create and send purchase orders to suppliers in accordance with the company’s standard terms and conditions;
Coordinate, negotiate and concludes purchasing contracts according to company’s policy;
Evaluate the suppliers' performances according to the KPIs - cost, delivery deadlines, products quality and delivery conditions;
Maintains the relations with the existing suppliers and identifies new business opportunities;
Tracks bills payment deadlines and returns processes;
Communicate with Sales department regarding their sales, stocks and orders needs;
Stocks management for purchased products;
Communicate with Marketing department regarding new product launches and promotions from suppliers;
Buyer previous experience, preferably in IT&C area;
Good command of English skills;
Good command of Office (Excel, Outlook);
Attention to details;
Communication and negotiation skills;
Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills;
Driving license - Category B.
