- To perform buyer activities within Bucharest Office and worldwide, within the Client’s procurement departments
- preparing preliminary analysis in order to scrutinize, identify and prioritize the suitable vendors for issuing Frame Agreements
- acting as a buyer within a certain PD for a determined period of time, which basically means working along/collaborating with the buyers within the respective PD:
- meeting the vendors in order to present our idea of having a FA with them, give them the Client’s GTC (General Terms and Conditions) and ask for their acceptance
- commercial negotiations which means price negotiations, payment terms, discounts, Inco terms etc.
- issue of frame agreements
- final analysis to report the activity carried out within the respective PD to the FA activity coordinator
- periodical analysis after a determined period (extractions) in order to check the usage of the FA-s by the PD.
Support on MEPR department activities:
- Manage all the procurement processes and related ICT systems
- Participate in SAP rollout/implementations
- Train and update all the procurement resources on the IBIS system
- Support PD-s in their growth and development
- Technical or Economical Degree
- extensive knowledge commercial codes, rules, and regulations and proficiency in applying them in various working environments
- fluency in English, Italian and French would be a plus
- have good PC skills: MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer are a must, Access and Power Point are a plus), SAP R/3 other specialized databases
