RESPONSABILITATI

- Approving the range of products for each category;
- Approving the sales prices;
- Approving the commercial policies for each product/ family/ category (deadlines for payment, discounts);
- Supervising the contracts signed with all the suppliers and customers;
- Negotiating the contracts with "key suppliers" and key accounts;
- Recommending the sales targets to teh Executive Director;
- Recommending the special offers, sales, stock liquidation etc;
- Preparing established periodical reports;
- Being responsable for reaching the Business Unit's objectives;
- Making the strategy for the accomplishment of the sales objectives;
- Running and coordinating the Business Unit's activity;
- Coordinating and evaluating the performance of his/ her employees.


CERINTE

- Professional experience to qualify you for a position of Sales Manager or Marketing Manager;
- Experience in constructions market;
- Experience in a similar management position (at least 3 years);
- Working with deadlines;
- Computer skills;
- Driving license;
- Fluency in English.
