Maintenance of Charisma software
Administrate the system (Charisma ERP)
Responsible for ongoing maintenance contract signed after Charisma Implementation
Supervise and responsible for changes budget
Ensure full and proper documentation of changes
Ensuring that key users are properly trained in new applications
Responsible for test cases of new implementations
Responsible for supervising the testing in the system
College / University degree
Computer skills
English fluent spoken and in writing;
Experience in leasing market
Good leasing know-how – knowledge of automotive market is an avantage
Familiar with Charisma - Total Soft IT system (an advantage)
Functional (Business process) and technical (IT process) skills for a better understanding for the impact of implemenations /changes in diffrent areas
Bussines skills to prioritize diffrent change request and to determine their sequence
