Is responsible of operational supervision of the team in order to assure production quality (production controls, analytical reviews etc.);
Provides regular feedbacks to head of production on production status;
Prepares and makes follow-up on team production planning;
Manages team IT access rights, in compliance with SG EBS security policy;
Keeps expertise of the team: updates own expertise and checks level of the team;
Attends the operational committee;
Suggests reallocation of tasks, process improvements or changes;
Monitors the performance (KPI dashboard);
Assures Data Control Management;
Is responsible for financial application administration;
Analyses the quality of data & data processing and finds potential adjustments and upgrades in collaboration with teams from other SG entities;
Is responsible of the quality of periodical reports.
Strong accounting academic background (preferably A.S.E. – Accounting and Information Management Faculty or Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange)
Strong experience in banking and controlling activity;
Good knowledge about IFRS standards;
Experience in using olap/rolap database tools (Oracle, Hyperion, SAP) to analyze performance;
Organization and planning abilities, reliability and quality orientation;
Good abilities to work under tight schedules;
Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access);
Advanced level of French and English.
