The Channel Replenishment Operations (CRO) is the Sales Operation Function for the Commercial and Consumer Channel Partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa. It is leading and operating all European Business Administrative Processes, with a focus on Customer Facing Communication, Order Management and Post Sales activities across EMEA.

Our main customers are the Commercial Channel Partners and the Commercial Sales Teams. The main linkages are with Channel Marketing, Business Groups and their Supply Chains, Credit & Collection, Logistics, IT and Finance organizations.

The Business Operations Manager works in a multi-national, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. He/she leads a team of Operations Specialists providing daily operational support to the Channel Partners in the UK. The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence and partner satisfaction according to defined service levels.
