Working with the business users to identify and define business requirements for business intelligence projects; creating, updating and maintaining detailed documentation of business requirements, attributes, and metrics;
Helping to translate business requirements into functional specifications, reviewing the specifications, developing test plans and test data;
Maintaining a close relationship with the external partner, monitoring/mitigating the requests for new developments/changes, and keeping the system functional and technical documentation up to date;
Designing and creating front-end reports and queries to provide data access to business users through business intelligence system;
Analyzing source system data and recommending business intelligence solutions for analysis and reporting needs;
Helping business users to prepare input data for business intelligence system;
Working with end users to troubleshoot user issues and to resolve user requests.
For out client, one of the most important multinational beverage producer, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.
Requirements:
Knowledge of intermediate VBA, intermediate SQL/SQL Server and intermediate Microsoft Office, Access;
Strong knowledge of English language.
