RESPONSABILITATI

PURPOSE OF THEJOB
The job holder is to ensure the development and implementation of company policies and strategies regarding business department.

I. Main activities
 Representing the company in front of partners;
 Development and implementation the internal procedures of company.
II. Tasks and duties
 Coordination of debt collection activity (secured, unsecured, leasing, corporate debts);
 Considering each case and determine the best solutions for collection procedure to maximize results and achieve the objectives;
 Participation in budgeting, monitoring operational purposes and explain variations from the budget and proposing solutions for correction;
 Proposal to reward/sanction the subordinate staff according to internal regulations;
 Coordination of daily activities of subordinates and identify and solve problems arising;
 Tracking the professional development of subordinate employees and proposing solutions for improving the performance of each employee subordinated;
 Participation in recruitment, integration, training and performance evaluation of subordinated staff;
 Achieving the assigned targets;
 Ensure the direct relationship to the problems encountered with the partners;
 Representing the interests of company in meetings with the partners;
 Ensuring the implementation of the procedures;
 Ensuring compliance of the company's internal rules and regulations of labor discipline and organization of the workplace, protection and safety rules;
 Drawing up the specialized reports;
 Proposing the efficiency measures for business department;
 Participation in management reviews and present to chief supervisor coordinates the report of the activities;
 Proposal on quality objectives, specific subordinated activities and measures to achieve them;
 Ensuring the development and approval of specific documentation of subordinate activities;
 Ensuring availability in the subordinate departments of all information necessary for the proper development of the activities in line with the objectives of quality;
 Estimates the budget for the business department.
III. Job responsibilities:
 Efficient coordination of the subordinate staff;
 Quality training of the subordinate staff;
 Compliance with the provisions of internal regulations and procedures regarding at his working;
 Correct application of the procedures and instructions approved by the General Director and of the management decisions taken by superiors;
 Propose ways to improve the performance of business processes, in particular with reference to quality;
 Raise awareness to the superiors in respect of nonconformities identified(existing or potential) to cure and/or eliminate them;
 Adoption of a continuously behavior able to promote the image and interests of the company;
 Active involvement in solving crisis situations affecting the company.


CERINTE

Level of education: university degree
Necessary knowledge:
 Management knowledge;
 Operations PC (MS Office);
 Knowledge of banking, financial and economic fields;
Skills and abilities required:
 Oral and written communication skills;
 Negotiation Skills;
 Consultancy and counseling;
 Leadership skills: organization, decision making, coordination, control–Evaluation
