RESPONSABILITATI

- Identifies new business opportunities;
- Strives for profitable growth of the business in line with company’s guidelines;
- Develops business development plans, including specific goals, objectives, strategies and tactics in collaboration with other departments;
- Analyzes market opportunity and develops win - win business relationships for potential partners;
Works with line Managers to develop annual budget;
- Analyzes the competition (e.g. pricing strategy, incentive strategy, merchandising strategy, profitability, product line strategy, internal/external politics, etc.) and understands the impact of how business decisions impact market share;
- Acts as key liaison for information flow & feedback between potential partners and Company’s team.


CERINTE

•University degree;
•English language fluency (oral and written);
•Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with Senior management in all types or organizations;
•Strong time management skills and very strong organizational and planning skills;
•Must be a self-starter, hands on personality and excellent interpersonal skills;
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
•Experience in retail and business development;
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications;
• Innovative;
• Well informed about market.
