RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role: Generates accounting, tax and payroll services business for Ensight
Researches the market, identifies and qualifies leads, develops business relationships and closes deals
Develops existing clients
Spends most of the working time in meetings with prospects and clients
Reports daily and weekly progress as agreed with the Partner / supervisor
Generates marketing events and participates to business events
Contributes to developing the service portfolio of Ensight Management Consulting
Participates in optimizing the internal organization of Ensight (processes, documents, standards, procedures).
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years experience in sales of professional services or in a similar position
Experience in accounting, tax or payroll is an advantage
Very good command of English and/or French and/or German
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to influence at all levels in order to ensure efficient decision making
“Can-do” attitude
Customer orientation, results-orientation, proactivity
Ability to understand client needs and to discuss strategic matters
Availability for travel
Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook); Internet Explorer
