* Collects information about market, identifies and access all information sources: (internet, specialized magazines, public information documents)
* Establish and attends meetings with relevant institutions who can provide necessary info about the market (Petroleum Association, Ministries, customers and so on)
* Analyze all information collected and makes proposals for future development of wholesale business, integrates all the proposal in a presentable format and submits them to the analyse of the line manager
* Develop the investments plan for the conceived strategy, benchmarcks and offers different investment scenarios
* Analyse the risks of each strategy and porposes risk management scenarios,
* Develops the business plan (project) for the implementation of each strategy in strong collaboration with relevant managers, sets the deadlines and business,
* Monitors the implementation of each business plan, develops weekly reports about implementation status,
* Analyze critical points of each project (and also unfulfilled deadlines) and propose further actions
* University degree in Economy
* Minimum of 3 years experience in business development area
* Good understanding of marketing and financial cconcepts,
* Excellent English skills, strong comminucation and relationship building skills
* Excellent computer skills (especially Power Point and Excel)
* Market awerness and project management knowledge are a plus
