Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, an enterprise information management services company, for a Business Development Executive.
Main purpouse of the job:
To drive new business from prospect and existing customers within the assigned Book of Business and Prospect Territory. To be constantly seeking revenue growth and service opportunities that support the customer’s information and data management programs and to make the company service an integral part of the customer’s requirements and therefore create a life-long and mutually beneficial relationship.
Job Profile
• Interact with customers to establish market information specific to them;
• Observe local market trends and relate impact to customers;
• Share relevant information with other departments where deemed appropriate for further analysis;
• Plan, develop and execute sales strategy and tailor to potential customers’ needs;
• Present the full range of products, services and technologies to every customer where appropriate;
• Develop existing customers via up-selling and cross selling;
• To ensure retention and development of customers through building lasting relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction;
• Facilitate the effective resolutions of all enquiries as appropriate with the participation of other members of the commercial team;
• Ensure sufficient activity within assigned territory to meet sales targets and at least at the target level for calls, visits, proposals and contracts;
• Develop detailed business plan and sales strategies and tactics to increase number of sales calls, quotations and contracts in order to improve awareness of the company;
• Accurately completes sales reports within agreed time frames;
• Complete and update customer information and documentation as required by the business;
• Write and prepare proposals and presentations as part of sales process where required.
• High demand for personal flexibility;
• Full driving licence;
• English qualification or certificate;
• Secondary education certificates are preferable but not essential;
• 2+ years face-to-face sales experience;
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets;
• Experience working in a business to business sales environment;
• Awareness of Miller Heiman methodology;
• Excellent communication ability at management level, both internally and externally;
• High level of competency using Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to interpret standard business reports and employ information effectively both internally and externally.
