RESPONSABILITATI

- Participates and coordinates business issues in major projects regarding Business Continuity Management (BCM) inside COSMOTE;
- Directs or facilitates the development of Business Continuity plans and procedures, providing regular status updates to the direct supervisor;
- In co-operation with the whole B.C.M. Team, assesses the Business Continuity Implications of proposed technological or organizational changes and coordinates any revisions to existing Business Continuity plans or procedures necessitated by such changes;
- Ensures that all technical components of the Business Continuity plans are successfully tested at least annually, or whenever significant changes are made to those components.
- Plans and coordinates at least one simulation exercise a year in cooperation with his superior, involving all critical business units. Documents the results of all tests and exercises, and identifies any recommended enhancements to the Business Continuity plans and procedures;
- Provides the guidance and strategic solutions to ensure the organisation continues to operate at agreed acceptable levels
- Provides 7x24 on-call support for any emergency requiring activation of all or part of the Business Continuity plans


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in telecoms, preferably in areas like Products & Services or I.T.
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Excellent English.
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Results and goal oriented, enthusiastic and self motivated
- Strong administrative skills, developing tasks effectively and managing resources to achieve target dates.
- Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations.
- Availability for off-hour/ on-call support
