For one of our clients, top multinational in the oil and gas industry, we are currently searching for a motivated and ambitious person, to fill in the role of Business Consultant inside a huge restructuring process taking place in the company.
The key responsibilities for this position will be:
- Monitor the implementation of the restructuring process;
- Provide assistance and advice to senior management regarding the implementation strategy of the project;
- Create a strong communication network to management, HR representatives and other key stakeholders involved in the process;
- Check that the procedures are being executed effectively and ensure relevant institutions are being reported to;
- Ensure documentation is completed and officially ¿signed off¿ according to the legislation;
- Collect relevant information and documentation in an organized and efficient manner and prepare weekly reports on current project status for the Management Committee.
The ideal candidate will answer to the following requirements:
- Work experience in a company where change is ever present; successful track record in monitoring processes is a plus;
- Numerate, analytical, attention to detail;
- Ability to synthesize and deliver reports;
- Assertive and structured, with excellent communication skills;
- ASE University graduate;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point;
- Pleasant personality, likable, adapts easily to change;
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, in different environments;
- Works well in a team;
- ¿Diplomatic¿ and/or liaising capabilities;
- Ability to understand own contribution in relation to overall business objectives, able to see the ¿big picture¿;
- Project management style allied to consultative and collegiate approach.
