Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for designing, driving and communicating the related business and financial processes around baseline and pay-to-play budget flows as well as in analyzing the financial targets and results provided by the financial analyst through which WW Publishing Operations demonstrate their accountability to HP Corporate for the marketing and business related costs for internet and marketing service activities.

Principally, the success of this role is dependent on ensuring the operational side of finance is working smoothly, and that all teams’ budgets come in on target.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous services through a dedicated role to drive program & financial analytical activities.
• Act as a key interface to the internal WW Publishing teams and as a liaison to the segment and business stakeholders and internal operational, procurement and finance teams.
• Prepare monthly internal billings and accruals.
• Drive continuous improvements of the organization internal processes for baseline and pay-to-play related activities.
• Evaluate and improve finance processes including documentation;
• Establish working relations with key agency partners, on the basis of understanding their key marketing and business objectives, and in developing & providing strategic financial planning direction related to the consolidation of costs and streamlining of financial activities around a single billing concept in support of business revenue and profit goals.



CERINTE

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor or College degree in Business Administe of managing large and complex projects in a difficult customer environment with conflicting objectives.
• At least 1 year experience of financial accounting practices, P&L management and budget management.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
• Ability to interface with all levels in the customer organization.
• Ability to work flexible and on own initiative with a remote management.
