In our multicultural and multilingual Channel Operations team we are looking for a experienced Business Analyst who will be mainly in charge of
-defining the various business reporting requirements,
-ensuring their availability of these reports as well as ensure all available data can be accessed easily
-maintain this ‘reporting corner’ environment and ensure automated updates are achieved in a timely manner
-provide ad-hoc end-to-end business reports by pulling data from various systems and turning this into information
-providing an in-depth business analysis of the presented figures
-strong linkage with business consultant, management team and platform reporting team
-conduct business analysis (identify trends, areas of improvements, or root causes of issues, incl cross links and dependencies)
-contribute to corrective actions for specific area’s
-stay in close contact with the internal stakeholders on their reporting and information needs & propose reporting process improvements (automation, layout,..)
The reporting responsibility is reflecting the performance of the HP Commercial operations team towards our European Channel Partners and stakeholders, in the area of order & claims management, supply chain as well as end-to-end channel performance.
-3 - 5 years job experience in business administration, reporting or finance experience
-analytical skills, likes to work with figures, ability to interpret and understand business impact
-strong MS office knowledge, expert in Excell, as well as MS Access knowledge, creating own macro’s etc.
-solution oriented, very well organized and structured
-high quality / accuracy of work and data to be delivered
-strong ability to understand and learn in-depth process, systems
-autonomy and pro-activeness in regards to fields of responsibility but also strong team player
-good communication and presentation skills
-excellent English written / spoken
-project management experience (nice to have)
-French/Spanish would be an asset

Channel Operations (CO) is the European Sales Operation Function for European, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Stocking & Replenishment Channel Partners. CO is managing all Order-to-Cash operational activities in regards to the EMEA Business Admin Processes and is characterized by high customer focus. The CO organization is hosted by HP’s Personal System Group business unit.
