Responsibilities :
-Facilitate business requirements workshop to collect customer requirements
- Document business requirements: processes, rules, workflow, authorities, etc… and confirm proper understanding with client
- Based on documented business requirements, document functional specification that can be consumed by including:
- Functional requirements:
- Input/Output/Process
- Mockups (screen or reports)
- Non-functional requirements such as performance requirement, # concurrent users, etc…,
- Test cases
- Get client approval on functional specifications
- Communicate functional specifications to developers and ensure clear understanding
- Test the feature prior to delivery to client:
- Bug free
- Meet the expectations of the customer

Pre-Requisites :
-Significant experience in the required field – main factor for seniority assessment
- Ability to comprehend complex business processes
- Ability to document business processes for non business-experts (IT)

- University degree
- Experience in testing methodology and test plan design
- Fluency in English
Represents a plus:
- Knowledge of the the methodologies used in analysis.
- Knowledge of UML, Rational Rose, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with companies that are certified for ISO 9001.
- Experience with an international company.
