- Understand and translate business problems and user requirements into information flows, processes and logical data models;
- Analyzing, planning, configuring and developing IT solutions;
- Participating in the definition of the IT strategy for the business;
- Provide training for internal users and external business partners;
- Analyze user requirements for maintenance on existing applications.
- University degree;
- Very good knowledge of non-life insurance business environment;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of application platforms (Oracle, SQL Server);
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong attention to details, organized;
- Team player, ability to adapt to rapid changed interface.
