BRAND MANAGER

You will be responsible for:

* Making and developing the brand development and strategy plan;
* Implementing the brand and marketing strategy;
* Managing the relation with advertising and media agencies involved in the activity;
* Collaborating with the Sales Department in order to identify the specific needs of the business and oversee the implementation of the actions in the market;
* Knowing the consumer behoaviour in the specific segment, especially in the on-trade chanel (values, aspirations, needs);
* Planning and managing the budget according to the planned actions;
* Reporting on a monthly basis according to the requirements and needs of the department.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

* Educational background in Economics or Marketing Studies;
* Minimum 3-4 years in FMCG and at least 2-3 years on a similar position;
* Fluency in English language;
* Able to prioritize and work under pressure;
* Creative and able to understand consumer needs;
* Tight to deadlines;
* Good project management skills.
