BRAND MANAGER

You will be responsible for:
- Making and developing the brand development and strategy plan;
- Implementing the brand and marketing strategy;
- Managing the relation with advertising and media agencies involved in the activity;
- Collaborating with the Sales Department in order to identify the specific needs of the business and oversee the implementation of the actions in the market;
- Knowing the consumer behaviour in the specific segment, especially in the on-trade chanel (values, aspirations, needs);
- Planning and managing the budget according to the planned actions;
- Reporting on a monthly basis according to the requirements and needs of the department.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Educational background in Economics or Marketing Studies;
- Minimum 3-4 years in FMCG and at least 2-3 years on a similar position;
- Fluency in English language;
- Able to prioritize and work under pressure;
- Creative and able to understand consumer needs;
- Tight to deadlines;
- Good project management skills.
