- Developping long-term strategic plans and based on it, making orders to the suppliers
- Developping strategic brand positioning and communication
- Managing the annual advertising and promotion budgets
- Supervising and controlling the sales and stocks of the brand within the stores
- Optimizing sales and the efficiency of the entire process
- Training and inspiring the shops’ personnel regarding the fashion brands
- Performing competitive analysis, identifying local market changes and drawing-up conclusions that indicate opportunities and threats
- Reporting periodically on the progress, development and results and comming with efficient recommendations
- Reaching the established sales target
- University degree
- Experience of minimum 2 years within a similar position/sales field
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry and passionate about high level brands
- Creative, open minded, pleasant personality
- Proactive attitude, commitment and strong interpersonnal skills
- Business and customer focused
- Excellent command of English (Italian could be an advantage)
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Availability to work overtime and travel abroad
- Driving license B
