Main responsibilities:
-	Propose objectives, brand strategy and operational programs
-	Draw up, develop and control the activity plan for the brands
-	Responsible for the briefing of necessary researches to measure results and plan for next steps
-	Develop and implement advertising and promotion campaigns  
-	Implement and/or initiate the development of packaging
-	Identifies product opportunities
-	Responsible for implementation of the media/promotion & events strategy
-	Plan, monitor and register the budgets set for the brand
Job Specifications :
-	University Degree (preferably Economic Studies)
-	Minimum 2 years’ experience in Brand Management in the FMCG industry
-	preferably have been exposed to important projects
-	Experience in ATL/BTL projects
-	Understanding Consumers’ needs  (Assessing and Interpreting Market Research)
-	Brand Communication (Briefing the Agency, Working with the Agency)
-	MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, MS project), Lotus notes
-	Understanding and knowledge of trade software tools (e.g. Nielsen) will be considered as advantage
-	Very good knowledge of English – fluent
-	Project management 
-	Excellent communication and negotiation skills
