RESPONSABILITATI

¿¿¿ Deliver a detailed marketing plan for a brand - cigarettes, including product developing plan, marketing and trade marketing plan;
¿¿¿ Responsible for creating the promotional strategy per brands and promotional mechanisms;
¿¿¿ Prepares the mechanism of volume promotions (on wholesaler and retail level) for various segments of market channel;
¿¿¿ Ensures the continuity, unity and periodicity of all the trade marketing programs, methods and techniques on all the distribution channels - Retail, HoReCa, Key Accounts;
¿¿¿ Manage and implement budgets for the marketing activities & campaigns;
Monitor branding tactics and identify improvements to increase effectiveness and optimize utilization of marketing budget;
¿¿¿ Market monitoring, permanently checking on industry and technology development, competition, consumer trends etc.


CERINTE

¿¿¿ University degree;
¿¿¿ Minimum 3 years brand management experience, ideally in FMCG and/or on cigarettes;
¿¿¿ Experience on trade marketing ¿¿¿ is a plus
¿¿¿ Excellent communication skills;
¿¿¿ Good computer literacy and fluently in English;
¿¿¿ Proactive, passionate about performance;
¿¿¿ Good analytical and presentation skills;
¿¿¿ Dynamic, energetic, finisher;
