- Defines the communication strategy according to the Bank’s objectives,
brand positioning and market conditions;
- Propose communication plans for launching new products, promote the existing products and services, promote Bank image, promote special offers function of local market profile or targeted market segment;
- Coordinate, implement and follow-up of the advertising campaigns – local and national;
- Responsible for the uniform conception and graphic representation of the promotional materials (banners, catalogues, leaflets, maps, etc. related to the general presentation of the Bank’s products and services, corporate web site, etc.);
- Assure support for the retail network and dealers, in regards with all promotional materials addressed to the clients;
- Select and organize the Bank’s presence to the most appropriate fairs or other events in order to promote the Bank’s product and services and measure the sales impact;
- Select the most suitable suppliers, for each project;
- Responsible with the Corporate web site: Up-date and modify for the content and design.
- University graduation;
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar positions in the banking or advertising industry;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); PC Skills: Microsoft Office;
- Very good communication skills; team player, proactive attitude, oriented towards results, organized, analytical thinking, and good understanding of the business processes, of the market and of the consumer’s behavior;
- Capacity of rapid decision, making and taking responsibility, problem solver.
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of the Romanian media market;
- Literate in graphic and web software.
