Main Responsabilities :
-Identify ,attracting and approach potential customers, developing client portfolio;
-Achieve the requested budget targets ;
-Maintain the contacts the company's traditional customer and with new customers;
- Draws up technical offers, follow concrete projects and carrying out contracts;
- Prospect the market and competitors ;
General requirements:
-Univerity Degree ;
-Experience , minimum 2 years , in human resources sector is a must;
-Business acumen ,good coordinatore with great mobility , flexibility;
-Pro-active and open minded person ,;
-Good communication & negotiation skills;
-Strong customer &result -oriented;
-Self motivated individual ;
-Good command of english /Italian is a plus;
