RESPONSABILITATI

Our Client is one of the widely recognised international airlines where an excellent career opportunity is now available to join its Romanian subsidiary as a Branch Manager for Airtravel Services.
Key responsibilities:

Plan, organize and supervise entire branch operations in line with corporate policies
Ensure realization of sales, marketing and profit goals for passenger and cargo activities
Participate in the planning of budget and work programs
Initiate sales programs to promote the company’s services
Ensure exceptional level of customer services to clients
Instruct employees in their activities and monitor their performance
Maintain all documentations and records of the branch
Monitor international and local market trends and developments that could affect company’s market activities.


CERINTE

Requirements:

College or university degree in Economics
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the aviation industry
Sound knowledge of international airtravel and cargo markets
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strong commercial sense and managerial skills
Confidence, having high ethics, proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
