* Full responsibility for Bucharest branch office with 50 employees
* Responsible for development Sea Freight
* Personnel leadership and planning in cooperation with the Country Manager
* Cooperation with the headquarter and other branch office
* Performs guidelines issued by the group management
* Monitors the profitability and efficiency of processes within the branch office
* Strengthen the team in Bucharest based on results and performance
* Responsible for all administrative issues related to the Bucharest operational office
* Coordination of the sales team
* Customer service, especially for key accounts
* Development of existing and implementation of new products and traffic lanes
* Responsibility for costs and revenues of the branch office
* Reviews company performance and financial results
* Reviews and signs business documentation of general importance for the company
* Mentoring of management potentials
* Commercial education at higher level or special education in freight forwarding
* Relevant practical working experience of at least 5 years including
* Experience in people, sales and organizational management
* Basic computer knowledge, Ms Office, AS 400 user know-know
* S.P.O.T. know-know (in house training available)
* Proficiency in English
* Valid driver license group B
* Presentation and communication skills
* Business development abilities
* Negotiation skills
* Strong in implementation
