A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of financial clerk with GREEK language. Don't miss this opportunity !

* Responsible for entire order management process
* Work with company database, IT software and accounting system
* Responsible for releasing the orders into the system including data input
* Reporting on a regular basis
* Responsible for invoicing process connected to order management
* Payment process monitoring / validation
* Managing suppliers database information
* Collaboration with other colleagues in other departments
* Solving suppliers claims regarding invoices to client ( phone / e-mail )
* Involved into pricing activities


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

* Graduate in finance/ accounting/ economics or related
* Previous work experience in similar field is welcome
* Active knowledge of English and Greek language ( daily communication )
* Can-do mentality
* Problem solver
* Team player
* Ability and willingness to learn
* Customer Service Orientation
* Ability to work with speed and accuracy
* Good MS Office knowledge
