Responsible for maintaining up-to-date masters on Oracle by working closely with Managers from Financial Planing & Analysis, Pricing and Legal departments:
Cross Functional Coordination with management and Finance & Planning Analysis team for timely and accurate Billing
- Coordinate with Billing Helpdesk for Query Resolution related to Customer Invoices
- Generate Key MIS Reports (daily Billing status report etc)
- Generate various other MIS helping information dissemination and proactive resolution of process inefficiencies
- Cross Functional Coordination with management and Finance & Planning Analysis team for timely and accurate Billing:
- Raise invoices to customers
- Maintain up-to-date customer master data and accurate billing data in Biling master and Oracle (and Sieble if applicable)
- Cross-functional coordination with Management and Finance & Planning Analysis Team
- Customer communication (invoice distribution and communication for accrual purposes)
- Query resolution with operations and/or customers
- Booking invoices in Oracle
- Cash posting of incoming payments
- Cooperate with Treasury on collection efforts
BA or MA in Economics / Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting within multinational companies
Excellent Communication Skills to interact with Global Customers and with other Manangers within Genpact
Good Computer Skills with Excel proficiency
