RESPONSABILITATI

Job profile;
0 Ensure billing to Temenos custorriers is done timely and accurate:
0 Support provided to Project managers in submission of revenue sheets;
0 Participate in different process improvement projects;
0 Assist the business with different requests: client queries, disputed invoices for which revision/Credit Notes/ cancellation would be

required;

Collaborate with the Sales Assistant and Controllers to support cash collection targets:

Communicate with internal sales representatives and accounting/tax professionals when required;
Ensuring compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit;

Ensure key performance indicators reach the expected level;

Assist in reconciliation of AR module to Gt for their respec.tive entities;

Provide update documentation of processes handled by the team and compliance with ICS requirements;
Ad hoc projects as required by region or group finance;

Perform such other tasks related with SSC deliverables as may be required from nine to time.


CERINTE

- A Bachelor's degree in Economy/Accouriting field is required;

1+ years of accounting support experience in a professional office environment;
Proficient working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Proficiently able to communicate in English and French;

Yeam-player with high ethical standards;

Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all organizational levels;
Analytical and rigorous, with great attention to detail;

Customer ceiitricity;

Good time management 8: able to prioritize:

Experience working with Oracle (or any ERP system).
