Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a Benefits Administrator to join one of the biggest worldwide Oil & Gas Company
Job profile
- Records employees' enrollment and changes in employee benefits systems.
- Supports employees and Personnel staff regarding Benefits queries.
- Assists corporate administrators to ensure regular and correct reporting of benefits for all eligible participants.
- Ensures accuracy of contribution files and timely payment of contributions to respective Trust, or State authorities or third party providers administering such plans.
- Performs regular audits of Benefits contribution reporting for eligible participants.
- Ensures correct storage of all Benefits master data.
- Ensures proper records are obtained and maintained for purpose of administration of Benefit Plans (e.g., rehiring record for new rehires; designation of beneficiaries).
- Ensures proper distribution of annual benefits statements to participants and answers subsequent queries.
- Provides smooth and timely processing of Benefits for participants upon departure from Company or retirement.
- Coordinates closely with Finance and Payroll for issues related to contribution and/or payment of Benefits.
- Coordinates with employee benefits providers and conduct regular reconciliation of employee’s data.
- Administers the refund of benefit expenses.
- Updates Web sites where Benefit Plans information is stored regularly.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years’ experience on a similar position
- Organized person, excellent customer service skills
- English- advanced level, German / Polish language would be a plus
