Communicate with customers by phone in an effective and amiable manner;
Offer explanations and identify solutions related to customers and payments issues;
Preparing documentation related to cases of late payment;
Apply bank's policies in developing a good payment behavior of the customers.
University degree;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Positive attitude, focus on achieving results, team worker;
Good command of English;
Computer literacy in MS Office;
Experience in jobs related to retail collections, retail lending or cards would be an asset.
