-defines and manages, in cooperation with the Global Product Factories when appropriate, an homogeneous distinctive and competitive offer in order to meet the needs of each client target
-designs, develops, implements and manages products/services for the segment ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of customers and are up to the competition
-propose and sustain product prices in line with segment and strategy and with market competition
-supports Mobile Sales Force and Third Parties assuring that commercial agreements and commercial coordination schemes with third parties, including related conditions, are properly defined managing activities connected to treasury services, liaising with corresponding structures in the Bank, with the aim of maximizing the profitability of such relations on the territory
-involvement in special project related to Personal Banking applications (workflow applications and commercial applications): new implementations and/or updates
-interact with all reference points within the bank from other areas in order to support product offer innovation and management
-seeks new opportunities for developing Bancassurance cooperation
-drives the implementation of all changes related Bancassurance agreements in the legal framework, internal procedures, products or workflows
-offers support to branches and HO departments regarding Bancassurance, including active cooperation on training and incentive scheme definition
-monitors Bancassurance effectiveness; originating and implementing of remedial actions
-reconciliates Bancassurance financial data
-keeps updated on the market situation and the competitive environment related Bancassurance specific activities
-Academic background (Finance, Banking, etc.) MBA is a plus
-Minimum 2 years in banking, branch experience is a plus
-Banking legislation; commercial and civil law knowledge;
-Microsoft Office application familiarity
-English language fluent
