Supervises the processes and procedures in the bancassurance sub-department and is responsible for the proper performance of the activity of such sub-department.
Proposes and implement optimization and meaningful changes to the sub-department’s operations.
Maintains good relations with the insurance companies and negotiates cooperation agreements with other insurance companies approved by the management.
Manages the conclusion of the insurance policies for all the assets of the company and is responsible for having all assets of the company insured at any time and against all risks;
Offers support to the clients of the company for solving their claims related to insurance issues.
Coordinates the reporting process regarding insurance matters within the company.
Cooperates with the insurance companies in order to ensure that all commissions due to the company are cashed in full and in time.
Proposes any changes to be made to the technical support and IT infrastructure.
Maintains the relation with the Insurance Supervision Commission.
Manages training needs within the sub-department.
Monitors legislation changes occurring in the field, evaluates their impact on the business and is responsible to propose in due time to the management of the company the necessary actions so that the company complies with all legislation applicable to the insurance/ bancassurance matter.
Verifies the full observance by the employees of the sub-department of all the internal rules and regulations of the company and of the applicable legislation.

Requirements:
University education or equivalent expertise acquired through experience;
Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
Previous experience in bancassurance activities;
Capacity to manage people;
Good knowledge in IT (MS Office).
