RESPONSABILITATI

-Ensures the correct company organization, idealization of the tasks, considering the reduction of the expenses and the support of sales with the goal to secure the long term course of the company.
- Coordinates and controls the company’s daily tasks (orders, imports, payments etc.) according to the directions of the parent company.
- Ensures the compliance for the procedures.
- Informs the parent Company regularly and in sufficient time (monthly, quarterly and yearly) by sending specific reports.
- Cooperates directly with the Audit Office and the Legal Service and controls the commercial credit policy.
