RESPONSABILITATI

Back Office Agent / Customer Support Agent with English, German, French, Spanish or Italian language.

The overall responsibility will be to receive Inbound calls or make Outbound calls, handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction.
