- Controlling and reporting the back-office activity;
- Optimizing the procedures in back-office;
- Developing reporting systems for a better and efficent controlling;
- Preparing procedures for new clients;
- Optimizing the printing and posting system.


CERINTE

- At least high school degree;
- Experience in usage of MS Office, advanced Excel is mandatory;
- At least two years of working experience, preferably in Customer Service;
- Precision, attention to detail, self-discipline and responsability;
- Very good communication skills and team spirit;
- Self-motivation and ability to work under stress conditions.
