RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for new employees for B2C market sector who want to grow their career, with prior experience in a corporate environment, must be customer oriented and fluent in both English and French, especially French. The ideal candidate must display excellent communication skills having had extensive interaction with professional client base.
The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated, command the respect of both clients and colleagues and demonstrate strong interpersonal and sales skills. They should be a strong team player with an interest and experience in the online/digital sales market place and a strong understanding of B2C sector and consumer driven techniques.
Provides timely responses to incoming sales enquiries via telephone and email;


• Responsible for account managing, increasing and maximizing revenue from own and previously assigned account portfolio;
• Expected to gain a clear understanding of customers' business and requirements;
• Directly involved in commercial decisions that impact the evolution of customer relationship;
• Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provides customers with quotations;
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, electronic correspondence and networking;
• Carries out market research and competitor analysis;
• Maintains and develops a digital customer and prospect database;
• Identifies market trends to grow incremental revenue and commercial opportunities;
• Maintains contact with all clients in order to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
• Works with Campaign Managers to deliver campaign optimization, excellent customer service, long-term customer relationship management and client retention;
• Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, and follow-up.
• Promotes and fosters a collaborative teamwork based culture to support winning in the marketplace;
• Presents new ideas and new ways of thinking in an effective and persuasive manner;


CERINTE

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Preferably, fluency in French;
• Sales experience in indirect/consumer/distribution channels;
• Strong problem solving, influence and negotiation skills;
• Goal driven and resourceful;
• Attention to detail and accuracy, strong administrative and reporting skills;
• Excellent Sales presentation and negotiation skills;
• Interest and feeling for telecom market;
• A polished professional outlook
• Knowledge of relevant computer, internet applications;
• *Previous use of CRM, MIND, VoIP Technology related products is a plus
