RESPONSABILITATI

- Building a strategy to target Business customers (mainly SME, SOHO) and Public Institutions with Clickshop.ro offers, based on a prioritisation by industries and geographical areas.

- Increase sales activities for Clickshop products to these customers in order to achieve the sales target agreed at company level.

- Working closely with the business segment of Romtelecom in order to develop customized packages for Romtelecom business clients – bundles with RTC core services and also the sales strategy (sales scrips, targeting, pricing etc.)

- Building a business customers database (SME and SOHO) incl. customer consent for marketing purposes

- Actively target the existing and newly gathered customer data base through dedicated offers , using all necessary tools (e.g. CC inbound for x-sell/upsell, CC outbound, banners, eMail, etc.)

- Supporting the B2B sales unit by developing the sales collaterals, bonus scheme, contests for sales representatives, and providing the contacts for outbound activities.

- Setting up promotions for each assigned category, developing and executing the communication strategy for those.

- Sales forecast in order to avoid out-of-the stock situation, negotiating with the suppliers the prices, ensuring the stocks of the goods.

- Responsible for product management for retail packages (ITC, electronics, home and garden, etc.) and their relevance in the sales process.

- Working closely with the Product Managers of Clickshop.ro in order to ensure relevant offers for business segment

- Responsible for analyzing the Romanian B2B (SME & SOHO) market, and adapting the prices of clickshop.ro/Business to the market conditions.

- Identify relevant target groups for each assigned categories and developing the best communication tools to them.

- Design and update the existing logistic processes and customer services processes (e.g. checkout process) in order to serve better the client needs

- Steering external supliers such as call centers, agencies and vendors to achieve the targets.

- Building strong partnerships with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders


CERINTE

- Solid background in product management

- Good knowledge of the Romanian consumer electronics market

- Comprehensive sales experience for with special focus and track record in B2B (SME/SOHO) would be an advantage)

- Profficient in English. German represents an advantage

- Good knowledge of MS Office package. Adobe Photoshop knowledge represents an advantage

- Experience in the management

- Responsible for project management and online campaign from idea to the implementation

- Experience in working with integrated Enterprise Resource Planning systems (preferably Navision)

- knowledge of Web-administration tools would be a plus
