- Handles all corporate affairs/company laws, drafts/reviews, registration procedure with Trade Registry;
- Follows up of the on-going litigations/ coordination of litigations, contracts finalization and due diligence work.
- Informs regularly the management about Romanian laws and practice.
- Informs and updates business people on legal topics and code of business conduct for the legal aspects.
Large Romanian law firm, is looking for a JUNIOR LAWYER to join their team in Bucharest.
The ideal candidate:
- graduated Law
- has minimum 6 months experience (preferable commercial)
- has analysis and synthesis skills
- previous experience in working with medium/ large foreign/ multinational companies could be an important plus.
- has excellent communication skills
- is driven, energetic and of a flexible nature.
English language at a business level is mandatory.
