- Maintaining the relationship with the clients;
- Incorporation of new companies (mainly S.R.L.), shares transfer agreements, revocation or prolongation of administrators’ mandate, increase of social capital, change of legal seat, establishing new secondary offices, amend the Articles of Association, extend Company’s scope of activity etc.;
- Liaise with the Trade Registry;
- Real estate consultancy;
- Representation in Court (rarely)
- Definitive lawyer - Bucharest Bar Association;
- Experience especially in commercial law. Experience in civil law, in real estate area and other legal areas represents an advantage;
- Experience before the court of law
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Advanced PC skills
