RESPONSABILITATI

- The Service Manager directs all service department activities of a related automotive parts and mechanical services. Is responsible for developing and directing a team of General Service Technicians and Mechanics who exemplify the highest level of quality and customer service. This position ensures compliance to all company¿s policies and procedures for automotive services.
- Meet or exceed the company¿s performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers.
- Develop and direct a skilled and cohesive team of Mechanics and General Service Technicians.
- Evaluate performance of General Service Technicians and Mechanics.


CERINTE

- A proven history of successful management expertise including but not limited to: leadership and motivational ability, time management and organization skills, training, coaching and counselling.
- Has the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all General Service Technician and Mechanics positions.
- Strong service sales, spare parts sales and expense control ability.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
- Strong communication skills.
