-Perform internal audit of ING Offices Retail Banking – remote monitoring of ING Offices activity, per detailed review of internal banking systems;
-Perform internal audits of ING Bank Branches – Retail Bankings
-Identify related risks and breaches of internal procedures, formalize internal audit reports;
-Perform filed visits in ING Offices and ING Bank Branches to discuss results of monitoring of activity and agree on ways to correct irregularities;
-Identify main risks and recommend most appropriate solution in order to cover / mitigate the risks in retail banking activity;
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and Bucharest Head Office regulatory requirements.
- University degree – preferably banking, economics or computer science;
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail banking (risk management; fraud investigation; product management; etc) and / or in internal audit in retail banking and / or in external audit;
- Extensive knowledge on retail banking products, services, operational flows, applications and banking systems;
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Access) and extensive knowledge in processing databases;
- Good command on English (both written and spoken);
- Experience / knowledge in the fields of audit techniques, audit approach, audit planning, audit programs is an advantage.
- Solid problem analysis & judgemental skills;
- Investigative skills;
- Very good communication skills - verbal & written;
- Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships while displaying a high degree of integrity & objectivity;
- Proactive, confident and results-oriented attitude;
- Very well organised, efficient, self disciplined;
