-Contribute to create and improve the policies and procedures of the company, together with the managers of the departments directly involved;
-Realise audit activities in all company's locations by checking the correctness of accounting records from legal point of view, from internal procedures point of view and from operational activities point of view;
-Issues reports for all unconformities founded and presents it to the management of the company;
-Makes proposals to improve the policies and procedures, financial and operational activities, to lend authority to the preventive control;
-In order to develop the audit activities, creates audit programs/ specific plans for each mission, according to the activity of the company, in order to verify all locations;
-Issues and makes proposals for policies and procedures to the president and to the board;
-Organize the Internal audit activity according to ISA, Internal Audit Standards, controlled at the national level and according to the Ethic Code, as it is defined by the professional organism;
-Loyalty towards the employer
