* Identify the main risks in the retail banking area and recommend the most appropriate solution in order to cover / mitigate the risks;
* Perform internal audit of bank departments, branches, offices ¿ including field visits;
* Liaise between the Bank and National Bank of Romania (NBR), Head Office, external auditors.
Job requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Economics;
- Min 2 -3 years of experience in the (retail) banking and/or audit field;
- Professional qualification (like CPA, ACCA, CIA or advanced in study progress), as an important asset;
- Very good understanding of banking environment, operations, regulations, procedures;
- Proven knowledge of retail banking products and related operations;
- Very good command of English;
- Very good computer skills.
