RESPONSABILITATI

- Perform internal audits of ING Bank Romania activities, including all business lines and the country network. Travel may be required and will not exceed 4 weeks per year.
- Perform front – to – end walkthroughs of the banking activities / products and risk assessments, testing of controls, documentation of the audit work and conclusions, communication of audit results towards the audited departments / Management.
- Develop contacts with the business and demonstrate an ability to identify the correct point of contact for issues as they arise.
- Coordinate activities. Work closely with other CAS teams globally to ensure an efficient and consistent audit approach.


CERINTE

Job profile: Team player, highly analytical, ability to explain concepts or ideas quickly and concisely, can apply knowledge to practical situations, (pro) active, detail oriented, articulate communicator, both written & oral - including in English language.

Education: University degree in Banking / Economics; Master is a plus.

Experience / Knowledge: At least 4 – 5 years banking experience, preferably in various roles. Has demonstrated an advanced ability to learn, adapt and apply knowledge in identifying, analyzing and understanding risk and the ability to challenge the management of risks. Has a specific competence in a field, i.e. product control, risk management, compliance, front office.
