What's the job about?
Assist Audit Partners in managing the activity of subordinated teams
Assist Audit Partners in their everyday tasks
Assist Audit Partners in public procurement
Make bid documents based on contract specifications analysis
Ensure implementation of internal procedures
Provide evidence of contracts, tracking bills
Manage customer information database - CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
English translation (contracts, reports, management letters)
Provide administrative support (fax, telephone, stationery, travel booking)

What are the requirements?
Proficiency in English
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Communication and presentation Skills
Organizational skills, attention to detail
Previous administrative experience
Client facing experience is considered a plus
