International consulting company is looking for an Attorney to join the Corporate Consulting team.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions and appeals, case management, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances;
Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice and other services to clients in the area of business law regarding compliance with labor, commercial and civil law;
Review, draft, and revise various types of documents such as contracts, policies, forms, and procedures;
Represent the company before administrative agencies, including the ONRC, OSIM and AFP;
The Consulting Attorney will interface regularly with executives to develop creative solutions.
- Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, large-firm or equivalent experience and admission to the Bucharest bar required;
- 3+ years business consulting experience and effective experience in the practice commercial law;
- Excellent oral and written communication Romanian and English skills including experience in writing legal opinion letters, position statements and briefs;
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple projects and priorities
