At present we are looking for an Assistant in the Training Department of the company.
Acting as part of the Training Department, you will have some of the following responsibilities:
- performing administrative task related to the department's activities
- filling in data into the data bases
- performing secretarial duties - answering phone calls, transporting papers, delivering papers and documentation
- handling invoices and keeping the relationship with the accounting department
- taking part from a support point of view to the other activities of the Training Department
- fluency in English
- sound computer knowledge
- university graduated
- at least 1 year experience in an administrative / secretarial role
- working experience in a multinational environment
- analytical mind, detail oriented and keen for procedures
- resistance to ambiguity and multiple challenges
