- Coordinate work flow and prioritize tasks;
- Compose correspondence/reports for manager¿s signature;
- Protocol related activities;
- Prepare documentation for business meetings;
- Act as recording secretary and prepare action minutes;
- Arrange travel through internal or outside agents and travel cash in advance;
- Makes analyses and reports for company¿s management;
- Mentains relationship with all company departments.
- University degree;
- Mnimum 5-6 years of experience in similar positions;
- Experience in construction field is an advantage;
- Advanced English knowledge;
- PC knowledge ¿ Ms Office, Internet;
- High level of motivation and organisation, positive attitude, team oriented.
